Pre-emergent herbicides are chemicals that prevent germination of annual weed seeds that have not sprouted. This is one of the most effective ways to control weeds when applied in February or March. Hughes Landscaping recommends applying pre-emergent at least once a year. We can spray in rocks, mulch or grass.

Hi Everyone. Christy here. It is with great sadness that I must inform you all that my family and I have decided to move. As Colorado natives it was never our intention to leave but we just need a change right now. I have loved working for the Hughes family and with all our amazing clients. I will truly miss my coworkers and all of you. This has been my favorite job I have ever had but I know that Becky will continue to do amazing things and hold down the fort. I ask for positive thoughts and prayers during this transition and I wish you all the best. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to get to know a lot of you and work in such a happy place.
